We’re putting this Smoky Maple Dressing on anything and everything! From veggie burgers and tacos to roasted potatoes, a drizzle of this sauce creates crave-worthy dishes in minutes! Chipotle flakes and tamari give this sauce a smoky depth and mayo adds creaminess.
I’ve been putting everything in tacos this past week. I tried a new tortilla that I found at Whole Foods – it was infused with jalapeño, nopal, and cilantro. They weren’t as exciting as I expected and I’m back to plain tortillas for my tacos.
In the fall, I love to stuff butternut squash in my tacos – it gives them a seasonal twist. I’ll be posting a recipe later this week with my newest fall inspired veggie taco which we topped with this Smoky Maple Dressing.
Keeping a few sauces in your rotation can make a vegetable packed mealtime so exciting and delicious! Below are some of my favorites that add just just the right amount of flavor.
Here are a few AMAZING sauces you should definitely try:

Smoky maple flavors will inspire your fall recipes with this dressing. Try it as a spread on a sandwich, as a dressing for potatoes or roasted vegetables or even a drizzle on a burrito – so delicious!
